Universal Grain Cleaning Separator GRAINSTORM (GS) for Effective Grain Purification

Universal separator GRAINSTORM is designed for preliminary, primary or secondary cleaning of grain pile of spikelets, legumes, cereals, oilseeds, as well as large and small weed impurities, separated by air flow and grids.Working principle: The product to be cleaned enters through the inlet into the feeding tank. A vibrating inlet flap distributes the product over the entire width of the machine. A rising air flow at an incline captures and disperses the product.

Chaff and light contaminants are lifted by the air stream. The pre-cleaned product is conveyed to the receiving screens. The coarse particles are sieved and removed from the machine through the outlet.

The product cleaned of coarse impurities is fed to the downstream screens for the main screening.The cleaned product at the outlet of the machine passes through the air column once again.
