Unit for chemical surface preparation by jet coating

A unit of chemical surface preparation (ACSP) is understood as a set of equipment used for pre-treatment of material before painting. It performs washing, degreasing and formation of an even conversion layer of insoluble substances. The unit also includes devices for the utilisation of waste from the working process. In addition, AHPPs are necessarily equipped with exhaust ventilation to purify the exhaust air from toxic substances.

The following assemblies are used to improve the efficiency of chemical surface preparation units:

safety system that stops operation if there is no working solution;
filters that trap solids;
heaters to maintain optimum temperature;
backflow pumps to save rinse water;
electronics that maintain the ideal composition and aggregate state of the working solution;
systems for regeneration of consumables.
