The UM1620C amplifier is designed for amplification and amplitude control of continuous, pulsed and modulated signals in frequency ranges from 1 to 6 GHz. The device is based on modern GaAs and GaN transistors, monolithic integrated circuits, provides high and uniform amplification in a wide frequency band, wide dynamic and temperature ranges, high output power.
