Ultra Series CNC Plasma Cutting Machine SPR-12020 for Precision Cutting

The Ultra series CNC plasma cutting machines are professional equipment of high precision class. The rigid welded bed, with multiple overlaps allows 4 times the table load capacity. The milled gantry beam and the full length of the bed allow to obtain a product with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm.

The quality of cutting on these machines, provided that premium plasma cutting sources are used, is comparable to laser cutting and even better for thicknesses over 20 mm. The machines have two parking areas for the additional slide and gantry, which allows unobstructed feeding of the sheet metal onto the co-ordinate table, avoiding deformations. A particularly robust milled bed, specialised precision guideways and powerful servo drives enable acceleration from 0 to 30,000 mm/min in 0.76 seconds.
