Description

The two-section oven is designed for frying semi-finished fish, meat and vegetables and baking small culinary products. Ovens are made of carbon steel, has two ovens with internal dimensions of 538x535x290 mm. Inside each section there are 4 levels of tray rails.

The upper and lower blocks of heating elements allow to heat up the cabinet to the temperature +270 °?, the time of heating up the roasting cabinet to +240 °? is 30 minutes. The cabinet is equipped with 6 trays of 530x470x33 mm in size, made of carbon steel.

The upper and lower blocks of heating elements have separate regulation by means of thermoregulators; emergency thermoregulators are also installed, which operate at the temperature of +320 °?. The cabinet legs are height-adjustable, the stand, side and rear walls are made of painted metal. Facing - stainless steel.
