Designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a special pan in catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines.
Induction cooker kitchen consists of a frame, mounted on a stand. The stainless steel front panel with control elements, table top with glass-ceramic working surfaces (heating zones) and air duct are fixed to the frame. The base and side walls are made of stainless steel.
Heating of each working surface is provided by its own independent induction modules (inductors) installed under the glass-ceramic surface. Inductors provide 9 levels of heating power, are equipped with timers, have the function of maintaining the temperature from +60 to +240 ° C, protection against overheating. Switched on inductors are automatically switched off when there is no cookware in the heating zone for more than 1 minute. Each heating zone is controlled individually by means of control panels...
