Triumph M1000 multi-edged edger

One-shaft multi-saw edging machine series "TRIUMF M1000" is a second row machine and is designed for high-performance longitudinal cutting of two-edge, three-edge and four-edge timber height up to 100 mm, as well as to produce a plank or board width up to 1000 mm.Machine stationary type, simple and reliable in operation, with timely maintenance. The necessary distance between the saws is set by special spacing sleeves. The machine has a double claw curtain with upper and lower claw curtains.

The log is moved by a roller conveyor. The saw discs are driven by an electric motor. The cutting tool is a saw both simple and with victorite lappings of domestic or imported production.

It is recommended to choose saws depending on the lumber. Diameters: seating - 75 mm (with two keyways), saw disc up to 350 mm.
