The device is designed for payment of fare in various types of transport by means of electronic contactless means of payment: bank and transport cards, smartphones and mobile devices with NFC, QR codes. The validator informs the passenger about the results of control of the travel document (contactless card), deducts trips (units) from it, controls the turnstile, registers, stores and transmits validation data to the travel document processing centre and/or to the bank processing centre. The product is installed on the handrail in the vehicle interior.

The validator communicates with external devices via RS-232, Ethernet 10/100 BaseT interfaces, with external systems via cellular operators' networks (LTE, 3G, 2G) or WiFi. The validator has a compact housing made of impact-resistant plastic with a high level of protection against water and dust. On the front panel there is a colour information display and 4 light indicators.

Connections to external electrical circuits are located on the rear side inside the housing.
