Transitional bench 3000x350x500mm

Transition bench 3000x350x500mm S-shaped consists of two benches of size 1500x350x500, with one row of cells on each side (in a row of 5 cells of size 276x320x155 w*g*v).
Limit deviations from the dimensions do not exceed 2 mm per 1 m
Steel grade: AISI 304, for all elements of the product, adjustable screw supports with plastic heel are allowed.
Surface: Polished 300-400 Grit.
All bench elements are made of two-layer sandwich panels made of stainless steel AISI 304, with sheet thickness of horizontal elements not less than 1.5 mm, vertical external elements not less than 1.0 mm, vertical internal elements not less than 0.8 mm, inside the sandwich panels there are profile reinforcements made of sheet steel not less than 1.5 mm thick.
On a frame made of 25×25×1.5mm and 30×30×1.5mm profile pipes.
Pipe ends are welded to prevent dust from entering the pipe cavity,
Manufacturing in compliance with GMP norms, no stagnant and traumatising places.
