Transition Flange for BriBase Base Devices BB.CC.140.11.160 - Install Chucks Securely

Adapter flange for basing devices, designed for installation of collet chuck with diameter 160 mm in basing devices. The flange is used together with a collet chuck of the corresponding diameter. On the upper surface of the flange there are precise seating diameters for the collet chuck.

The flange has a fixing hole for a screw for fixing the locating pin for the basing devices. On the sides of the flange there are technological grooves with a width of 16 mm. Outer diameter of the flange is 156 mm.

The height from the lower supporting surface of the flange to the upper supporting surface is 40 mm. Transition flange for basing devices includes: flange, screw with cylindrical head and hexagonal recess for M12 key, four screws with cylindrical head and hexagonal recess for M12 key. The material of the flange is steel with hardness in the range from 30 to 35 HRC.
