The trailer chassis is made of two longitudinal members of I-beam section, connected by cross beams (for difficult road conditions). The frame structure is made of high-strength steel working in the temperature range from -70 0C to +80 0C; Supporting device with a load capacity of 24 tonnes with control on the right side; 2-inch kingpin in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 55.00, located in accordance with ISO 1726; Rear ALUMINIUM protective device with integrated number plate mounting, in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 58.01, with full-width mudguard; Reinforced air suspension (350 mm diameter cushions) with lifting/lowering capability; Preparation of steel surfaces by shot blasting to Sa 2 ½; Painting of the chassis with a two-component ACRYL system used for the painting of products in the automotive industry with preliminary application of two-component anticorrosive zinc-containing primer protecting the frame from "under-layer" corrosion.
