The hardware-software complex "TRAFIK-SCANNER-K2" TU 4278-010-63796276-2018 is designed to control the speed of motor vehicles on urban and motorway roads, video recording of traffic violations, recognition of all state registration plates of vehicles (hereinafter - SRZ of vehicles), moving through the control zone or stopped (parked) in the control zone, processing, temporary storage of the received data from the measuring radar detector, traffic light signalling controller and video data, transmission through standard ports of the prepared information, which is the evidence base of the fact of traffic violation, and other information. It is designed to work in round-the-clock mode. Data protection from unauthorised access is provided. There is a differentiated level of access to the management of the complex and its functions.
