Description
The rod is designed for installation in the composition of the torsion stabiliser, counteracting the tilt of the car body of the locomotive traction/engine rolling stock. The principle of operation of the rod is as follows. The rod ends are rigidly connected with the bogie and levers of the torsion stabiliser. When the wagon is tilted in the transverse direction (in relation to the direction of wagon movement), the pull rods move (one pull rod moves upwards, the other pull rod moves downwards). In this case, the rods transfer the load from the wagon to the arms of the torsion stabiliser.
