The machine is made of one-piece alloy steel sheet, according to the engineering design. All assemblies and units have thicknesses from 2 mm to 40 mm, depending on the functional load, which ensures the strength of the product and does not overload the design. The shredder works on the principle of rotary drum crusher.

With the help of an internal combustion engine and belt drive, the drum with knives is unwound, which chops the wood material into chips of 2 to 7 cm in size. The raw material is fed into a special spigot where it is picked up and fed to the cutting tool. This way of feeding the material guarantees safety and convenience.

The rotor disc is fitted with special knives that cut the raw material to a fine fraction. The knives are made exclusively of high-quality, high-strength steel. Powerful petrol engine with the number of revolutions up to 4500 per minute provide high productivity - up to 5 cubic metres of wood chips per hour.
