Toolex tool cabinet for CNC machines

Modern production equipped with CNC machines cannot do without a large list of interchangeable tools required to fulfil various tasks in the manufacture of complex parts. Toolex metal cabinets are designed for storing and moving tools to CNC machines (milling, drilling, sheet bending, coordinate punching).

The cabinet and pull-out drivers have a welded construction made of 2.5 mm thick solid steel panels Driver width 180 mm Each driver is equipped with an individual lock with a flag locking system and a rotary handle. All drivers are equipped with a support roller and full extension telescopic slides. The internal perforation of the drivers allows for the installation of shelves for storing various tools in 25 mm increments The base has holes for a stacker.

TOOLEX shelves are used for storage:

tools of CNC milling, drilling and turning machines - "TOOLEX 200 LS shelf". punches and dies for sheet bending tools - "TOOLEX 300 LS Shelf" and "TOOLEX 300 SS Shelf" - which has special perforations to fix the tool in vertical position. The corresponding TOOLEX 400 (A,B,C,D) LS shelves are used for punches, dies and pullers for the "A, B, C, D" stations of the coordinate punching machines, which have special perforations to hold sets of replacement tools.
