Smoke pump designed to move a medium containing hydrochloric acid vapour. The smoke pump structurally consists of a guide apparatus necessary for regulating the parameters of operation, a spiral casing, an impeller, which serves to transfer energy to the flow from the drive motor and a running gear. During the movement of the medium in the impeller of the centrifugal fan, the flow is dynamically influenced by the blades and is involved in rotational motion. As a result, the momentum of the transported medium changes and its potential and kinetic energy increases. The increase in flow energy is expressed as an increase in static and dynamic pressure.
