Titan-A-25-300 is a 300GB SATA 6Gb/s rugged SSD based on the Russian K1947BK028 controller.The drive uses a mechanism to verify the authenticity and integrity of firmware, as well as self-testing of all systems during its operation.Thanks to the use of SLC-mode and high-quality flash memory, Titan-A demonstrates high performance and optimal reliability compared to standard 3D TLC memory.It is intended for use in computing applications.
