Description
The thyristor standby excitation system (STS-REM) is designed for excitation of up to four turbine generators and is made on the principle of independent excitation with thyristor converter supply from the CHPP auxiliary network according to a single-group scheme with one power channel and two identical full-functional mutually redundant control, regulation and protection channels.
