Designed for installation on railway sections equipped with AC autoblocking and DC electric traction, as well as for joining two systems of electric traction.
The choke-transformer is designed for operation in conditions of macroclimatic region with temperate and cold climate in the temperature range from minus 60C to plus 65C (climatic execution - UHL, category 1 according to GOST 15150).
