Three-Roller Bending Machine IB 2223 for Bending Cylindrical and Conical Shells

The machine is designed for bending cylindrical and conical shells from sheet material in cold standing with thickness up to 20mm and width up to 2000mm with yield strength t=250 MPa (25 kgf/mm.sq.). The machines are allowed to bend tapered blanks from sheet material if they are equipped with the appropriate fixture. The dimensions of conical blanks are regulated by the technical documentation on the machine. In order to expand the technological capabilities of the machine can be equipped with tools for bending angles, strips, squares, pipes, channels.
