Three-Phase Induction Motor 5АЗМВ-6300/10000 for Pumps and Compressors

A three-phase squirrel cage induction motor type 5AZMV with power 6300 kW in flameproof enclosure with air-air cooler is designed to drive pumps, compressors, blowers and other fast-moving mechanisms in hazardous areas of premises and outdoor installations (in the open air), in which the formation of explosive vapour and gas-air mixtures is possible. Explosion protection version - 1Ex db ia IIB T4 Gb X GOST 31610.0-2019. Structural design - IM1001 according to GOST 2479-79.

The motor has shielded sliding bearings with forced lubrication system. Insulation of the stator winding is made of thermosetting binders of heat resistance class "F" according to GOST 8865-93. The cooling method is IC511 of GOST R IEC 60034-6-2012.

The motor is designed for operation in the environment, the nominal value of climatic factors of which corresponds to the macroclimatic region with temperate and cold climate with placement in the open air (under a canopy) or indoors.
