Thermocompensated Piezoelectric Generator GK176-TK for Precision Applications

Generators piezoelectric thermocompensated GK176-TK are supplied for frequencies from 5 to 52 MHz and are characterised by low temperature instability - up to +/-0,1E-6. The operating temperature interval (RTI) is from -55 to +85 deg. ?.

The generators are available in fixed frequency, Clipped Sine Wave or CMOS outputs. Available supply voltages are 2.8V; 3.0V; 3.3V. Two standard package types are also available with dimensions of 7.0x5.0 mm and 5.0x3.2 mm.

Particular attention is paid in the manufacture of the generators to ensure low levels of phase noise, as well as the absence of any frequency spikes in the IRT, making these products an ideal solution for use in communications and navigation equipment for various applications. The generators can be supplied with a set of parameters meeting the requirements of COSPAS-SARSAT emergency rescue systems and Stratum III level telecommunication equipment.
