Description

Explosion-proof thermal housing with IR illumination in a special version is designed to protect embedded video cameras and other electronic equipment, and use in hazardous areas without lighting or with insufficient lighting. Explosion protection marking PB Ex db I Mb / 1Ex db IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T85C Db allows the thermal housing to be used in hazardous areas of classes "1", "2", "21" and "22", closed rooms and open objects. The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases and vapours with air of categories I, IIA, IIB and IIC. The thermal housing is optionally equipped with a sun visor and cable glands. Thermal housing is recommended for use at chemical and petrochemical production facilities, in chemically aggressive alkaline and acidic environments, on oil and gas production platforms in seawater and salt fog.
