Description
Tensioning station (trolley) is installed in the "tail" of the conveyor. Tensioning station (trolley) is designed for automatic adjustment of the degree of tension of the belt guaranteeing the absence of slippage on the drive drum. It consists of a welded metal frame with shelters, on which the tensioning device is installed. The design and dimensions of the tensioning station (trolley) depend on the characteristics of the conveyor (belt width, productivity, transport speed, etc.), and the layout with other technological equipment and building structures.
