TEDIX- R2D1 road infrastructure telecommunication unit (RSU)

The RSU TEDIX-R2D1 road infrastructure telecommunication element is designed for operation in wireless data transmission networks organised on the basis of V2X technology according to IEEE 802.11p (DSRC) and/or 3GPP TS 336.300 Rel. 14 (C-V2X) standards. Acting as a base station for the V2X network, the device enables information transfer between on-board vehicle equipment, road infrastructure elements and the Intelligent Transport System (ITS). The TEDIX-R2D1 device provides: - interaction with on-board equipment of vehicles travelling at speeds up to 250 km/h via DSRC radio interface; - accurate time synchronisation via GLONASS receiver; - PoE support (IEEE802.3at); - data transmission/reception via Ethernet line (10/100/1000Base-Tx port).
