Technological Storage Tank for Condensate Collection (Type T, Model Condensate Collector) - Efficient Gas Treatment Solution

The technological tank is designed for collection and accumulation of condensate and other gas cleaning products, storage and subsequent removal of it from the process equipment. The tank is a cylindrical horizontal vessel made of sheet metal without supports and is designed for underground operation. Liquid level control is carried out by vibration level switch. For draining of liquid residues after hydro-testing of the tank there is a drain pipe. For protection against corrosion the external surfaces of the tank and external surfaces of the pipelines to be buried (below the zero mark) welded at the place of installation have three-layer polymer coating. The pipelines of the above-ground part (above the zero mark) are subject to thermal insulation according to the Instruction on thermal insulation.
