The paint and drying chamber (PDC) is a hermetically sealed cabin, in which the application of paint and varnish coating (varnish coating) on pre-prepared surfaces is carried out.
The following processes are provided in the OSC:
- Supply of air purified from atmospheric aerosols and dust to the work area;
- Pollen removal from the work area.
- Provision of requirements to the technological process (temperature during colouring and drying, relative air humidity)
- Preventing the spread of harmful substances (pollen, vapours of flammable liquids) in the workshop space.
- Environmental protection, capture of pollutants generated during operation
- Ensuring the safety of work through the inclusion of passive and active protections in the design of the chamber
