This machine allows you to effectively work the lower part of the pectoral muscles. Exercise on the simulator (forward press down in a sitting position) is absolutely safe and comfortable for the athlete. The levers of the equipment move along the set arc-shaped trajectory. At the initial point of amplitude, the athlete keeps his hands at a great distance from each other, taking hold of the handles, and then the distance decreases. The end point implies almost complete convergence of the arms, which allows you to work the lower part of the pectoral muscles from absolute stretching to contraction.
