Equipment of this class is applicable for working out the muscles of the lower leg, in particular calf and flounder muscles. The exercise is performed sitting down. The support of the mobile part of the machine automatically changes the angle of inclination when lifting the rod, tilting by 30 degrees, and at the end of the approach returns to the starting position. Comfortable thigh pads are height adjustable, which removes any restrictions for athletes of different heights. The shin trainer can be used by both professionals and amateurs as part of complex athletic programmes, which also applies to mobile vorkout platforms. The construction is made of bent steel profiles 8 x 4 cm.The shin trainer is equipped with rolling bearings that do not require additional maintenance.All rubbing parts are plated with galvanic solution (nickel and chrome).
