Presenting a machine on free weights (loaded with discs), the machine is used for training deltoid muscles. The exercise is performed by pressing upwards in a sitting position. During the exercise, a strictly fixed trajectory of movement is provided. This method simplifies training with heavy weights and differs from working with unassembled or collapsible dumbbells. In addition, exercising on the machine minimises the likelihood of injury. Training will take place with absolute comfort.
