Tabletop blast chiller SHOK-5-11 Light series

Shok-5-1/1 series Light blast chiller is designed for rapid cooling and freezing of various food products at catering enterprises for further storage. The blast chiller is box-shaped. High density polyurethane foam is poured between the inner and outer walls.

The compressor and condenser unit is located at the bottom. The controller is located on the front panel, under the door. The bottom panel is removable and magnetically secured for easy maintenance.

There are two wheels at the rear of the cabinet for moving the cabinet. Inside the cabinet there is an air cooler with two fans to ensure even temperature distribution within the usable volume. A needle probe allows you to monitor the temperature of the product at any point of the cabinet.
