Synthetic polyester woven fibre, linear density 0,22-1,5 tex, cutting length 38-90 mm

The technology of polyester fibres is to melt and form complex polyesters and then press through a plate with many microscopic holes.
Advantageous characteristics:
- high heat and fire resistance;
- longitudinal and transverse tensile strength;
- resistance to impact, abrasion, repeated bending;
- resistance to ultraviolet light, high/low temperatures, sudden temperature changes, aggressive environments, bacteria, fungi, mould, etc..;
- good elasticity and thermal insulation;
- low specific weight;
- low water absorption.
Polyester staple fibre of linear density 0,15; 0,33; 0,8; 1,5 and 2,5 tex in cutting lengths of 38, 66 and 75 mm, widely demanded in the production of a wide range of woven and nonwoven materials.
