Support roller rotator with step regulation OVRS-50 UZ

Supported rotators with stepwise adjustment OVRS-50 U3 of different load capacity are designed for installation and rotation of cylindrical products (oil tanks, cisterns, boilers) of various diameters with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding. Setting the distance between the rollers of OVRS under the required diameter of the welded product is carried out manually, by repositioning the roller support in the grooves corresponding to the diameter of the product (in accordance with the technical parameters). With the help of OVRS it is possible to perform automatic welding of external and internal ring seams of products, as well as cladding of external and internal surfaces, additionally using welding columns or other means of mechanisation.
