Sterile Air Preparation System for OSV Reservoirs - Reliable Air Supply

Designed for supplying sterile air to the inner bulb of tanks for production of OSV type, with pressure in the inner bulb not more than 0,07 MPa. Sterile air preparation system for food industry (hereinafter referred to as equipment, installation, sterile air preparation system), is designed for injection of sterile air into tanks/creators, as well as for sterilisation of dairy products manufacturing processes. The sterile air preparation system consists of a frame with two supply lines installed. The first sterile air supply line consists of valves, fine filters, measuring (pressure gauges) instruments, safety valves. This line connects the blower equipment to the tanks. The second steam line is used to sterilise the piping and the tank and consists of valves, fine filters, measuring instruments, safety valves, condensate trap, collection tank...
