Ball pin is made of heat-treated high quality alloy steel; sphere and finger flange are additionally strengthened by rolling rollers; thread of ball pin is made by knurling method, it achieves high accuracy and strength of thread;
ball pin insert is made of polyformaldehyde with improved antifriction and strength properties, inserts have special grooves for lubricant retention and removal of wear products; lubricant for ball joints SHRB-4 is put under the cover, additionally protecting the joint from moisture penetration); covers are made of oil-benzo-ozone-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane: durability 3 times higher than rubber and silicone analogues, frost resistance - up to minus 65°C;anti-corrosion coating of the body;anti-corrosion coating of the ball pin.
