Machine secondary seed cleaning stationary MS-4,5C is designed for cleaning seeds of grain ear, legumes, industrial and oilseed crops, grass seeds as part of the technological equipment of grain cleaning units with a capacity of 10, 20 and 40 tonnes per hour and seed cleaning attachments type SP-10A, as well as in warehouses as part of special lines in all agricultural zones of the country.
Cleaning of seeds from foreign impurities and defective seeds of the crop being cleaned is carried out by air flow from the fan, by thickness and width - by grating webs and by length - by trier cylinders.
Type of climatic execution of the machine MS-4,5C - U2 and U3 according to GOST 15150.
Operating conditions:
- the source material should undergo preliminary and primary cleaning on air-sieve machines;
- seed moisture - up to 16%;
- content of waste - up to 5%;
- seed natura not less than - 740 g/l;
- ambient air temperature from minus 15 to plus 45 C.
