Static Excitation System STS-2P-320-1900 UHL4 for Generator Control

Static thyristor excitation system STS is designed to supply excitation windings of generators with automatically regulated direct (rectified) current. The excitation system is made with one or two autonomous and equivalent converter-regulating channels, different versions of thyristor converters with air or water cooling. Excitation systems provide all modes of operation of generators in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation.
