The main ingredient layer of any spring mattress is a spring block.
When making a spring mattress, 2 types of spring block are used. Classic spring block Bonnel (Bonnel) it is also called dependent and independent spring block TFK, Multipocket.
Other ingredients are laid on it, among which can be thermo-foam, foam, latex, coconut coir, voluminous non-woven material, horsehair, etc. The type and number of layers depends on the qualities that the finished mattress should have.
Thermo-foam or spunbond is attached to the spring block to isolate the main part of the fillings from the spring block.
After isolation, various fillings are applied (at the customer's request).
In some cases, the sides of the mattress are made of foam rubber (PPU box) to reinforce the perimeter of the mattress.
