Spiral Drill Sharpening Machine ZS 3-60 for Precision Tool Restoration

This sharpening machine is designed to restore the characteristics of drilling tools, regardless of the type of shank. The drill bit is gripped by the spiral part. A wide range of diameters can be covered, but this machine is most effective when sharpening drills from 6-8 mm up to the maximum diameter.

The grinding wheel used for sharpening is a straight profile grinding wheel made of aluminium oxide (corundum)

The machine is equipped with a digital display on the drill feed axis. In order to protect the operator from harmful abrasive dust and carbide particles arising during the sharpening of carbide drills, it is recommended to connect an aspiration system. For this purpose, the machine is equipped with a dust extraction spigot.
