Spinal Stabilization Plate for Effective Thoracic and Lumbar Support

Purpose: stabilisation of the thoracic and lumbar spine with anterior access.Small implantable plate made of solid material attached to the spine with screws for spinal immobilisation. It is made from materials that do not chemically degrade or absorb through natural physiological processes (e.g. implant metal such as surgical steel, titanium alloy or carbon fibre).

Typically, the plate is used to provide immobilisation and stabilisation of spinal segments in the treatment of various spinal instabilities and deformities (e.g. during anterior/posterior cervical, anterior/posterior lumbar, thoracolumbar and occipital fixation procedures).
