Spectron-601-Exd-M-HART Flame Detector

Description

The detector is a fire flame detector with a self-monitoring function, operating in the infrared and ultraviolet ranges. The detector is designed for fire extinguishing systems and fire alarm systems at the facilities of oil and gas industries and their infrastructure. It meets the requirements for explosion-protected equipment of group I and subgroups IIA, IIB, IIC according to TR TS 012/2011, GOST 31610.0.

The detector is designed for operation in hazardous areas of classes "1" and "2" of closed objects and outdoor installations. The design of the device and the scheme of the sensors arrangement allows to receive the resulting diagram of detection of ignition sources in the form of a 90° cone. The "FIRE" signal is generated only when the IR and UV channels of the detector simultaneously register the presence of an open flame source.

To improve reliability, the detector is equipped with a function to control the dustiness of the optics.
