The car for special contingent, model 61-4495, TU 3183-065-05744544-2015, is a special passenger type car. The number of seats for special contingent - 84: in large chambers - 12 seats (4 sleeping and 8 for sitting), in small chambers - 6 seats (2 sleeping, 4 for sitting). The car is designed for transportation of special contingent and car attendants on railway sections of 1520 mm gauge in passenger and baggage and mail trains with speeds not more than 160 km/h, as well as in goods trains with weight not more than 5000 tonnes with speeds set for these trains, but not more than 120 km/h.
