Description

The rack for hanging carcasses is used both for storage in refrigerated chambers, and for defrosting, for primary cutting and processing of carcasses. It is made entirely of stainless steel tube. It is possible to complete with an inbuilt bath for condensate collection during defrosting and scraps during cutting. The rack is equipped with a gastronorm for blood drain only in the version with wheels.
