The software and hardware complex "PTC-E" (hereinafter referred to as PTC) is designed to create automated energy supply control systems, implemented for automated control and management in real time of objects and equipment of the energy supply system (in terms of electricity, heat, water supply and wastewater disposal, ventilation and air conditioning), providing comprehensive metering of energy resources (electricity and heat), and are a source of information for the higher control system.
In accordance with the technical assignment for the system development, the delivery set includes:
- at the upper level - the level of operational control and management (OCM):
- constructions (cabinets, shields), including:
- ACS E server - a set of equipment providing collection and storage of data coming from the lower level and access to them;
- server consoles - terminals for access to servers;
- unified time server - a device for receiving/transmitting signals of precise time...
