Soft Cotton Terry Towel - Smooth Dyed for Everyday Use

The terry cotton towel smoothly dyed is manufactured in the Russian Federation. For manufacturing cotton yarn (100% cotton) is used, towelling cloth in coupons is formed by weaving machines from three types of yarn: root (ground) basis, pile (loop) basis, weft. The cloth in coupons is dyed in batch type machines.

Wet fabric undergoes drying on a drying and sewing finishing line. Longitudinal cutting and longitudinal hemstitching takes place on an automatic line. Cross-stitching takes place on shuttle-type sewing machines.

Density from 210 g/m2 to 750 g/m2. Width from 0.3 m to 2.2 m. Length of towels from 0.3 m to 2.4 m.

Produced products corresponds to 1 grade, the structure, finish, physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties corresponds to: GOST 11027-2014 TR TS 017/2011 (On the safety of light industry products).
