Description

The smoke chamber KVK-200 (stainless steel) is designed to carry out the technological process of thermal (drying, cooking, frying, baking) and smoke (smoking) processing of all kinds of meat products and delicacies, fish, cheese, etc. The equipment is fully stainless steel, allows the use of all major types of sausage frames of 200kg size.
