For fixation of the serclage wire on the plate, for filling the empty hole in the orthopaedic fixation plate, i.e. the hole not occupied by the cortical screw, to prevent tissue ingrowth into the hole. The shape is conical with a thread.

The slot is hexagonal. Seat for serclage wire closed type (eyelets). Sterilisation is required.
