Electric energy meters single-phase electronic PULSAR 1 (hereinafter - meters) are designed for measuring and metering in single- or multi-tariff mode of active and reactive electrical energy in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31818.11-2012,GOST 31819.21-2012, GOST 31819.23-2012, measuring quality indicators of electrical energy in accordance with the requirements of GOST 30804.4.30-2013 in single-phase two-wire electric networks of alternating current with frequency of 50 Hz.Variants of execution: 1) single-tariff - take into account only active energy by module in single-tariff mode2) multitariff - take into account active consumed energy and reactive energy in quadrants Q1 and Q4 in multitariff mode.3) multifunctional - count active energy in two directions and reactive energy in 4 quadrants.
