Marmite 1-course MT1-1(2), is designed for short-term preservation in a hot state and heating to the required temperature of "first" (possibly "second" and "third") dishes in naplitnaya dishes, their demonstration and distribution to the consumer. Marmite can be used at catering enterprises as a separate technological module or as a section within the food distribution lines of various configurations. Marmite is equipped with 2 electric burners, a shelf with a light under it to illuminate the working area and guides for trays installation.

The power of each burner is 1.5 kW. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong. Marmite is made of stainless steel.
