Shock Freezer for Fast Cooling and Freezing - SHOK-20-1/1M

A blast chiller ShOK-20-1/1M is designed for rapid cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises. Blast freezer ShOK-20-1/1/1M Abat brand is made entirely of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick (except for the back wall) - both outside and inside. The cabinet can be operated at ambient air temperature up to +35°C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%. The cabinet is equipped with 20 levels of universal guides for GN 1/1 gastronorms or 600x400 mm trays. Refrigeration unit is made on the basis of Copeland (Emerson) compressor, has an electronic control unit with the ability to regulate and maintain the required temperature. The cabinet has a solid-filled polyurethane foam housing, air cooler with 4 fans for uniform temperature distribution inside the useful volume.
